Pictures

For those of you who haven't seen us in a while here are a few pictures I've taken lately. The kids are getting big! Connor will be turning 12 in April! It's so fun to see them growing up.

In these pics I took the kids to Gardner Village where they had Santa's elves. We had a fun time.

Spring is here

Easter was nice this year. We had our 2nd annual egg hunt on Saturday with our neighbors, Fosters, and the kids really had a good time. Ken was great and made a roast for Sunday dinner. The kids got cars in their baskets from the EB. The boys got Lego cars and Hannah got a Polly Pockets car with girl. It hasn't been out of her sight since (except for at school today).

I've been out on my bike a few times since we bought it. I'm going to need to practice almost every day I think before it feels natural. I have to remember back to what it was like to learn to drive a car and remind myself that it will take time and practice.

Got my hair cut today. I'm keeping it pretty short these days. It's so much easier when I don't have to curl it or blow it dry or even comb it! My morning routine is down to about 20-30 minutes (or less without makeup).

Hannah wants to get her hair cut too...but not until after she gets her dance pics done on Wednesday. She has to wear it in a side ponytail so she insists that we have to wait.

Connor was sick today. I sure hope we don't all get it. I think it's the flu!

Finally! We dive in!

OK. With everyone else doing this blog thing, I thought I would try it out.

We're all doing well and keeping busy, of course. Ken has been taking advantage of the "warmer" weather and riding his Harley to work. The kids are all doing well in school. Hannah and Sam started piano this year and Hannah is still doing her dance class. We just registered Connor for Jr. High next year (don't know if I'm ready for that one yet) and he's really excited!

We bought me my own Harley last Saturday and I've been able to take it out a couple times. My idea of warmer weather is a bit different from Ken. I'll be riding the church parking lot for a while before I'm ready for the roads.

I've been keeping busy with my Pampered Chef business and substituting at the elementary school.
